Heat the sesame oil into a pan over medium heat. Saute garlic, chili and onion. Add shrimp and honey and saute for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add fish stock, fish sauce and turn the heat to high to make the liquid turn to almost dry. Add salt and pepper to taste.

A dish known for its layers of pasta, rich meat sauce, and gooey cheese. It's undeniably delicious!



Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of lean ground beef
  • 8 ounce of whole wheat lasagna noodles
  • 2 cup of low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 6 large egg whites
  • 3 cups of traditional spaghetti sauce
  • 12 ounce of frozen spinach (follow the package instructions)

Ingredients:

In a skillet, cook ground beef until brown while boiling noodles as directed by package.

Using a cooking spray, Spray a 9x13” pan and spread a few tablespoons of the spaghetti sauce on the bottom of the pan.

In a bowl, Mix the rest of the ingredients, except for the mozzarella cheese. Lay down ½ of the noodles and top with half of the cottage cheese mixture.

Layer with the rest of the noodles and top with the other half of the mixture. Lastly, put the mozzarella cheese on top and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
